Job Description
Join Jumia Logistics as a Warehouse Picker & Packer! This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in a warehouse setting. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their products efficiently. This role requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy before packaging.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and stocking products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely after receiving training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (up to 25 kg) for extended periods.
