Job Description
Join Bespoke Event Solutions Nigeria as an Event Setup & Usher Crew member! We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to support our diverse range of events across Ikeja and wider Lagos. This role is perfect for those seeking flexible work with immediate daily remittance. You will be instrumental in ensuring events run smoothly, from initial setup to guest assistance and breakdown. No prior experience is required; we provide full training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the physical setup and arrangement of event venues, including tables, chairs, staging, and decorations.
- Welcome and direct guests to their designated areas, providing a friendly and helpful first point of contact.
- Provide information and assistance to event attendees, answering questions and resolving minor issues professionally.
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to event guidelines.
- Assist with crowd management and maintain orderly flow of attendees during the event.
- Support event coordinators with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Participate in the efficient breakdown and cleanup of event spaces post-event.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event support, customer service, or hospitality roles (not mandatory, but a plus).
- Familiarity with various event types and venue layouts.
- A valid form of identification and the legal right to work in Nigeria.
