Job Description
Join The Place Restaurant & Bar as a Food & Beverage Server! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to start a career in the hospitality industry. As a Food & Beverage Server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience through attentive service and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all details and special requests are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and a smile.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
