Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Beverage Factory Workers at our state-of-the-art facility in Ikeja. This entry-level role involves working on a 12-hour rotational shift basis, covering both day and night shifts, to ensure continuous production and operational efficiency. You will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the creation of world-class beverages. Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Load and unload materials and products, assisting with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines and regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work 12-hour day and night rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting (advantageous but not required).
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
