Job Description

Grandeur Event Services is looking for professional and energetic Red Carpet Ushers to join our team for high-profile weekend gigs in Alausa, Lagos. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of the city’s most exclusive events, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for all attendees. While previous experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic individuals with a strong service ethic and a desire to learn. Full training on our event protocols and guest management will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the event venue and red carpet area.
- Provide clear directions and guidance to guests regarding seating, facilities, and event flow.
- Assist guests with any inquiries, offering helpful and accurate information.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ensure the red carpet and event entrance areas are kept tidy and organized.
- Collaborate effectively with event management and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle unexpected situations with poise and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion and guest privacy.
- Assist with guest check-ins, program distribution, and other event support tasks as required.
