Job Description
We are seeking diligent and reliable Carton Packaging Workers to join our manufacturing team for day shifts in Ajah. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical tasks within a fast-paced production environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in manufacturing. You will be responsible for accurately packaging cement products into cartons, ensuring quality control, and contributing to efficient workflow on the production line.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery to fill and seal cartons with cement products.
- Inspect finished cartons for proper sealing, labeling, and overall quality.
- Monitor production line for potential issues and report equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure all packaged products meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials or moving finished goods.
