Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally polished and engaging Luxury Lounge Hostess to join our esteemed team for the evening shift. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our elite guests, setting the tone for an unparalleled luxury experience. This role requires a graceful presence, impeccable communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering world-class hospitality. As a Luxury Lounge Hostess, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, guiding them to their tables, and ensuring their initial needs are met with utmost professionalism and charm. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival at The Serenity Lounge, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations efficiently, utilizing the lounge's booking system, and assist with seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus, and ensuring they are comfortably settled.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and entrance to the lounge.
- Anticipate guest needs and communicate effectively with service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor concerns with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining the luxurious ambiance of the lounge by upholding high standards of appearance and conduct.
- Support the team in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth lounge operations.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the hotel.
