Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and elegant Fine Dining Waiter to join the esteemed team at Éclat Dining & Lounge. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service, adhering to fine dining etiquette and standards.
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS systems efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to special requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with grace and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
