Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible weekend opportunity to earn extra income? The Lagoon Bistro is hiring a dedicated Weekend Waitress to join our friendly team! This is a fantastic entry-level position perfect for individuals seeking part-time work on Saturdays and Sundays. No prior experience is required – we provide full training to ensure your success. You’ll be an essential part of creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, serving delicious meals, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any service issues politely and effectively.
