Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Floor Waitresses to join our dynamic team at Shiro Restaurant & Bar in Ikoyi. As a Floor Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and impeccable service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, even those with limited prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our esteemed clientele, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring tables are set correctly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
