Job Description
We are urgently seeking dynamic and customer-focused Event Ushers to join our team for various immediate short-term assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the events industry or to earn income flexibly. You will be the face of our events, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals with little to no prior experience but a strong desire to learn and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and direct guests to their designated areas
- Assist attendees with seating arrangements and provide general event information
- Manage queues efficiently and maintain order at entry points
- Distribute event materials such as programs, brochures, or gift bags
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a polite and helpful demeanor
- Ensure compliance with event safety guidelines and protocols
- Work collaboratively with other event staff and security personnel
- Provide support during emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team

- Fluency in English
