Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our production team as Soap & Detergent Production Hands. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in manufacturing. As a Production Hand, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our high-quality soap and detergent products. Full training will be provided, ensuring you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This position offers a weekly stipend and the chance to grow within a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Assist with the mixing, pouring, and molding of soap and detergent products.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to safety guidelines.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Support inventory management by assisting with material handling and stock rotation.
