Job Description
We are seeking a charming and professional Luxury Lounge Hostess to join our esteemed team for the evening shift. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering five-star service in an exclusive lounge setting. As a Luxury Lounge Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning guests, ensuring a warm welcome, seamless seating, and an elegant atmosphere throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests to the luxury lounge, escorting them to their tables with grace and efficiency.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guest flow, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and minimal wait times.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the lounge's offerings, including menus, special events, and promotions.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service experience.
- Coordinate closely with the service and bar teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure the lounge area is always clean, tidy, and impeccably presented, reflecting the high standards of the establishment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the lounge, including setting up and tidying areas.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
