Job Description
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Part-Time Restaurant Greeter to join our team at our bustling high-street venue in Ikeja. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping our guests’ initial impressions, ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage a busy reception area efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and assist with reservation bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and service.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
