Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar & Grill Waiters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and interacting with people. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience from the moment they walk in until they leave. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Attend to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
- Clear tables and prepare them for new guests.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
