Job Description
As a Remote Survey Processor at Concentrix, you will be responsible for accurately inputting market research data from various sources into our systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and usability of the data that drives our market insights. We are looking for highly detail-oriented individuals who can work independently and efficiently from their home office. Full training will be provided for all systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting market research survey responses and other data into designated databases and software platforms.
- Verifying data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Adhering to strict data entry guidelines and quality control procedures.
- Managing and organizing digital files and documents related to survey data.
- Communicating effectively with team leads regarding data challenges or system issues.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality.
