Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waitresses to join our dynamic team at NOK by Alara in Ikoyi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, regardless of prior experience, as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience, contributing to our reputation for outstanding service and delicious food. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and guide them to their tables
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
