Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Restaurant Waitress at our bustling Ikeja location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start immediately and contribute to a fast-paced and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests in a timely manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and process bills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant.
