Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waitresses. As a Waitress at The Azure Bistro, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and leaves with a memorable impression. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests warmly.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information on dishes, including daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Checking on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next service.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
