Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant team as Hotel Waiters. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about hospitality, even if you are new to the industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences across our various restaurants and event spaces. Full training will be provided to help you excel in this role, alongside the benefit of free staff feeding during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in an informative manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests' tables.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
