Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Boardroom Waiter to join our corporate services team. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional food and beverage service to our executives and guests during meetings, conferences, and special events held within our prestigious boardrooms and executive dining areas. The ideal candidate will possess an unwavering commitment to excellence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in a dynamic corporate environment. Full training on our corporate standards and protocols will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up boardrooms and executive dining areas according to company standards, including table settings, glassware, and serving equipment.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally during executive meetings, lunches, and events.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and impeccable presentation of all dining areas, pantry, and serving equipment.
- Anticipating and responding to the needs of executives and guests with discretion and efficiency.
- Managing inventory of beverages, snacks, and dining supplies, and coordinating with catering teams as needed.
- Adhering strictly to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Assisting with special requests and ensuring a seamless dining experience for all.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding discussions and activities within executive spaces.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or corporate dining setting
- A certificate or diploma in hospitality management or food service
- Knowledge of various serving styles and etiquette
- Ability to speak additional local languages
