Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct attendees to their designated seats or event areas.
- Provide information about the event schedule, facilities, and any special instructions.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure a safe and orderly environment for all guests.
- Assist with ticket scanning, wristband distribution, and access control.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other event-related items.
- Assist in emergency situations by following established procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff and security personnel.
- Maintain a presentable appearance and a positive attitude throughout the event.
