Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Saturday & Sunday Waitress. This role is perfect for students looking to earn extra income and gain experience in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about specials, ingredients, or allergens)
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system
- Serve food and beverage orders promptly and courteously
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
