Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Waiters to join our esteemed culinary team. As a Restaurant Waiter at Eko Hotel & Suites, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service periods or events.
