Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Servers to join our esteemed team at The Sapphire Spoon. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will manage orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position requiring availability to work six days a week with one day off. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor guest tables to ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and grace.

- Basic mathematical skills for order taking and bill processing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar server role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
