Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Bheerhugz Cafe as a Bar Waiter! We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide outstanding service to our guests at the bar. In this role, you will be responsible for taking drink orders, serving beverages promptly, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and inviting. We value hard work and dedication, which is why we offer weekly direct deposit and free staff feeding to all our employees. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present drink menus.
- Take accurate beverage orders and relay them to bartenders.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Handle cash and card transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Restock bar supplies, ice, and garnishes as needed.
- Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with bartenders and other team members.
