Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Factory Loaders / Offloaders. This is an immediate start, full-time position crucial to our daily operations at our Sangotedo facility. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, ensuring products are loaded and offloaded correctly and promptly. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and offload materials and products from trucks, containers, and production lines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Organize and stack materials in designated areas within the factory or warehouse.
- Verify product counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items (up to 25kg).
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or logistics environment (6+ months preferred).
- Familiarity with operating pallet jacks or similar material handling equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
