Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests across various dining outlets within the hotel. This position involves working on a shift rotation basis, ensuring all operational needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus clearly and informatively.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the hotel.
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to a positive team environment.
