Join Filmhouse Cinemas as a Red Carpet Usher for our exclusive high-profile weekend events! Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at red carpet events.
- Efficiently direct guests to designated areas, photo walls, and screening rooms.
- Manage guest queues with professionalism and maintain an orderly flow.
- Provide information and assistance regarding event schedules and venue facilities.
- Ensure the red carpet and event areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues courteously and effectively.
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure a smooth and successful event execution.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and decorum at all times.
