Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Waitress to join our dynamic team at The Waterfront Bistro. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and appreciate the value of a good meal, this role is for you! As a Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring our guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about daily specials, ingredients, allergies).
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check customers' satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.

Preferred Qualifications
