Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Waitress at our bustling Festac Town location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and ready to provide outstanding service. You will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, ensuring every guest enjoys their visit from start to finish. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for entry-level candidates looking to start a career in the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials, portion sizes, and ingredients.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
