Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic undergraduate looking for a dynamic part-time role to gain valuable experience and earn extra income on weekends? Eko Hotels & Suites is seeking bright and reliable individuals to join our Events team as Weekend Event Ushers. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to be at the heart of exciting events, interact with diverse guests, and contribute to unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct guests to their designated areas or seats with a friendly demeanor.
- Efficiently check tickets, invitations, or passes at event entry points.
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, venue facilities, and other relevant details.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure comfort and accessibility.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in event halls, foyers, and other designated areas.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns courteously and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow ushers, security personnel, and other event staff to ensure smooth event operations.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during events.
- Assist with post-event breakdown or clean-up as required.
