Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aviation, Marine & Niche Specialist to join our dynamic team in Concord, NC. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our specialized client portfolio within the aviation and marine industries, as well as other unique niche markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex risk management challenges, excellent client relationship skills, and a proactive approach to delivering superior insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the aviation, marine, and niche sectors.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze client needs to design comprehensive insurance programs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
- Provide expert consultation and advice to clients on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.

Required Skills
