Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our production team as Factory Packers. This is an entry-level position perfect for those looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to all successful candidates. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are perfectly packaged and ready for distribution, maintaining the high quality standards Nestle is known for. This is a walk-in interview opportunity for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack finished products into designated containers, boxes, or pallets.
- Inspect products for quality defects during the packing process.
- Ensure all packing activities comply with company safety and hygiene standards.
- Label and record packed items correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other general factory duties as needed, under supervision.
- Operate basic packing machinery after receiving appropriate training.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors and team leads.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic literacy skills (ability to read labels and follow simple instructions).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (though not required, it is a plus).
