Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Yoga Studio Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Harmony Haven Yoga. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our students and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the studio. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all students and visitors to the studio.
- Manage class bookings, registrations, and payment processing accurately.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about classes, workshops, and studio policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and studio space.
- Assist with retail sales of yoga merchandise.
- Support instructors with class preparation and setup as needed.
- Handle student inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Promote studio offerings and special events.
- Open and close the studio according to established procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., booking software, email).
- A friendly, approachable, and calm demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and yoga.

- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role.
