Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Yacht Teak Deck Polisher. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning, polishing, and restoration of teak decks on luxury yachts and boats. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and finish. You will work as part of a dedicated team, ensuring our clients’ vessels always look their absolute best.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning, sanding, and polishing of teak decks to restore their natural beauty and protect against wear.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions, sealants, and polishes based on teak condition and manufacturer recommendations.
- Inspect teak surfaces for damage, wear, and areas requiring special attention.
- Operate and maintain specialized cleaning and polishing equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during cleaning operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered.
