Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our dynamic team at The Ivy Bath Brasserie. As Waiting Staff, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience, delivering impeccable service with a warm and friendly demeanor. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
