Job Description

Studios Leavesden is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic TV Studio Audience Coordinator to join our team for exciting temporary projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves engaging with diverse groups of people. You will be instrumental in ensuring our studio audiences have an incredible experience, from arrival to departure, helping to create a vibrant atmosphere for our productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome studio audience members upon arrival.
- Direct audience members to their designated seating areas efficiently and courteously.
- Manage audience flow and seating arrangements, ensuring compliance with studio safety regulations.
- Engage with audience members, answering questions and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to audience management.
- Maintain a positive and energetic presence throughout the duration of live tapings or events.
- Liaise with production staff to ensure smooth audience transitions and adherence to show schedules.
- Handle minor issues or concerns from audience members professionally and escalate as needed.
- Ensure all audience members adhere to studio guidelines and policies.
- Distribute and collect necessary paperwork or props to audience members.
