Cornerstone is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Trainee Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Leith, Edinburgh. We believe in potential, not just experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks, as required.
- Support individuals in accessing community resources, appointments, and social activities.
- Help develop and implement personalised support plans under supervision.
- Monitor and report on changes in individuals' well-being and behaviour.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
