Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Trade Fair & Exhibition Ushers for upcoming events in Festac Town. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in event management and hospitality. As an Usher, you will be the first point of contact for attendees, playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and organized experience at our high-profile trade fairs and exhibitions. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome attendees to the event venue.
- Provide directional assistance to various exhibition booths, seminar rooms, and facilities.
- Scan tickets or manage guest registration processes efficiently.
- Distribute event programs, brochures, or promotional materials.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the event.
- Address attendee inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly flow of traffic.
- Support event staff with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with event safety and security protocols.
