Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our night shift team as a Floor Polisher for a prominent shopping mall in York. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable night work, with full training provided on all machinery and polishing techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring the mall’s floors are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and shine, contributing to a pleasant and welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants alike. Key Responsibilities
- Operate floor polishing and cleaning machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Ensure all designated areas of the shopping mall, including corridors, concourses, and common areas, are immaculately clean.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company cleaning standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Manage and store cleaning supplies and equipment properly.
- Work effectively as part of a team during night shifts.
