Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, serving stations, and customer restrooms.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management.
- Replenish condiment stations, napkins, and other supplies as required.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
