Job Description
Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to provide outstanding service? Harmony Bistro is seeking a friendly and efficient Waitress to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who love interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary!
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and assisting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information on daily specials, ingredients, and preparations.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Attending to guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner.
- Processing payments and handling cash or credit card transactions.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
Preferred Qualifications
