Job Description
We are seeking a warm, attentive, and dedicated Live-in Lounge Waitress to join the Sapphire Lounge & Suites family. This unique opportunity includes on-site accommodation, providing a comfortable living arrangement within a supportive work environment. As a Lounge Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest receives prompt, courteous, and personalized service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of our lounge. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals looking to start or advance their career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to any additional needs promptly.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general lounge upkeep.
- Ensure the lounge area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of provided live-in accommodation.
