Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master various grilling techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring high quality and consistent standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
