Job Description
Are you looking for an active outdoor role where you can enjoy the fresh air, meet new people, and earn excellent cash tips? Mirfield Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Golf Course Caddies to join our dedicated team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are physically fit, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills. No prior caddying experience is required; full training on golf course etiquette, player support, and course knowledge will be provided to successful candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the vibrant golf community, support players, and contribute to a premium golfing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry golf bags for players throughout the 18-hole course.
- Provide accurate yardage readings and assist players with club selection.
- Help locate errant shots and maintain a steady pace of play.
- Offer advice on course strategy and green reading (after training).
- Maintain player comfort and positive morale throughout the round.
- Clean clubs and golf balls as needed.
- Observe and enforce golf course rules and etiquette.
- Ensure the golf course is left in excellent condition by raking bunkers and replacing divots.

- Physical fitness and ability to walk and carry bags for extended periods.
