Job Description
We are actively seeking diligent and reliable Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team in Ikeja. This is a direct employment opportunity – no agents or third-party recruiters involved. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Load and unload materials and products
- Package finished goods according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
