Job Description
Are you energetic, friendly, and looking for a flexible opportunity to earn daily? Eventful Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Event Ushers to join our temporary team for various events in Festac Town and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals keen to gain experience in the events industry, with no prior experience required. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth flow of event operations. This role offers daily payment and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet event attendees with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Direct attendees to their seats, designated areas, or facilities.
- Provide information about the event schedule, activities, and venue layout.
- Assist with crowd control and maintain order during event proceedings.
- Help resolve minor issues and answer attendee inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other event-related items.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other event staff and security personnel.
- Maintain a clean and tidy event environment.
- Represent Eventful Ltd. with professionalism and enthusiasm.
