Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Dessert & Ice Cream Counter Server in Oshodi! You’ll be the face of Cold Stone Creamery, crafting delightful ice cream creations, engaging with customers, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. This role offers comprehensive training, making it ideal for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in a fun, fast-paced retail food environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service with a friendly attitude.
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream creations, including cones, cups, sundaes, and shakes, according to Cold Stone Creamery standards.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the counter, dining area, restrooms, and equipment.
- Restock inventory, toppings, and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Educate customers on menu items, promotions, and answer any questions they may have.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications
