Job Description
Are you energetic, friendly, and looking for flexible weekend work? EventFlow Solutions Nigeria is seeking enthusiastic Weekend Ushers & Event Helpers to join our dynamic team for various events across Magodo and wider Lagos. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking daily pay, valuable event experience, and the chance to be part of exciting gatherings. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at event venues.
- Guide attendees to their seats, designated areas, or various event stations.
- Provide information about the event schedule, facilities, and general queries.
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging chairs, tables, and decor.
- Help maintain order and flow of traffic within the event space.
- Support event coordinators and other staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to weekend shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (even informal).
- Familiarity with event environments (e.g., conferences, weddings, concerts).
- Ability to speak multiple local Nigerian languages is a plus.
